Products are prepared by hand in small batches. Availability may be limited.
Shipping & timelines

- Delivery times vary by carrier and location.
Living product
- Plant growth varies by environment, season, and care. Results are not guaranteed.
- Guidance provided on the Ritual page is informational and does not replace professional horticultural advice.
Damage on arrival
If an item arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with a photo and your order details. We will make it right (replacement or refund at our discretion depending on stock).
Privacy
Simple, minimal, and respectful.
What we collect
- If you email us or join the waitlist, we collect your email address and the message you send.
- We may collect basic, anonymous website analytics (e.g., page views) via standard hosting logs.
How we use it
- To reply to you.
- To notify you when a batch opens (if you asked to be notified).
- To improve the site experience (aggregate data only).
What we do not do
- We do not sell your data.
- We do not share your email with third parties for marketing.
Payments
If payments are enabled, checkout is handled by Stripe. Stripe processes your payment details under their own policies. We do not store your card details on this site.
